"Where do I start, first off the customer service there is horrible. I call to get information about my policy and no one could help me because my broker was “fired” allegedly. I said allegedly because 2 months later when I have another problem with my service that broker that was “fired” answered the phone. Secondly I asked for a service to be removed and they “removed” it but just to find out I was paying for the service my WHOLE policy period. Thirdly they gave me a “student discount” and then after three months of paying my policy they tell me I don’t qualify for student discount and get charged what I was discounted. Lastly when I tried to cancel my policy they literally ARGUED with me because they were justifying not taking off the service, not qualifying for the discount. I don’t know about you but when they give me a price, as professionals I believe them and when they give me a different price months later (not when I was renewing my policy) it’s disappointing and unacceptable. I came to them because they are the “professional “ but in all honestly they don’t know what they’re talking about. I definitely would suggest going with a different branch or different company all together. I went with geico and I am now paying HALF the price with all the bells and whistle’s. I highly suggest to look elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money here like I did for 6 months."

"My aunt went to an assisted living place in June 2019. I hadn't seen her bank statements that had charges for home coverage by state farm. I called my allstate agent in 2020 to add her home coverage, so that it could relieve some of her expenses. Then I was reimbursed only 306 dollars which really disappointed me. ************* I spoke to Stephanie at st farm and she explained the process that has to be looked into from another department.
